A Food Affair
Came here, finally, after a long while having this restaurant on bookmarks.
A+. A wonderful knowledgeable server, very attentive staff. We really appreciate this!
Escargots in creamy parsely sauce, the best I've had in the country.
Bone Marrow: Buttery, umami, orgasmic. after we ate it, hubby picked them up and sucked on the empty bones, he said he didn't care what people think of him at that point!
Canadian River King Salmon wt the most dreamy saffron sauce. Crispy skin salmon, cooked to perfection. Wonderful array of heirloom carrots, haricot vert, sugar snap peas and I saw beets in there too. hubby kept stealing my food & saffron sauce lol
Duck Leg Confit: Succulant, on a bed of tiny lentils & butternut squash.
Apple tarte gellette, made to order crispy, fluffy pâte feuilletée filled with wonderful apple slices, topped with the creamiest house-made vanilla ice cream.
Parking: Plenty street parking.
Every single ingredient on each plate had a utopian purpose.
Thank you to Chris and his wife for creating this incredible eatery. L.A. needs one of this in every neighborhood.
